Amul-Kulfi
India’s largest food and FMCG brand, Amul, has taken a bold step towards healthier indulgence with the launch of its new high-protein mango-flavored kulfi. Introduced at a special event in Kolkata, this product aims to combine the deliciousness of traditional kulfi with the benefits of high nutrition.
Each 60-gram kulfi stick offers 10 grams of protein and contains just 57 calories, making it a guilt-free, nutritious treat. It’s also low-fat, lactose-free, enriched with prebiotics, delivers 100 million CFU probiotics, and contains no added sugar — an ideal choice for fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals alike.
Priced at an affordable ₹40, the high-protein kulfi will soon be available on all official Amul quick commerce platforms, ensuring easy access for everyone.
Amul’s Managing Director, Jayen Mehta, shared that the brand’s vision is to make high-protein foods accessible to every Indian. Building on this launch, Amul is planning to introduce other high-protein products like parathas, sandwiches, snacks, ice creams, and coffee, promoting the goal that every Indian should consume at least 1 gram of protein per kilogram of bodyweight daily.
Launched initially in 2022 with India’s first plain lactose-free Whey Protein Concentrate sachets, Amul is steadily expanding its high-protein product lineup to cater to the growing demand for healthier food options.
