The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 results, and three young achievers have stolen the spotlight — Shakti Dubey (AIR 1), Harshita Goyal (AIR 2), and Dongre Archit Parag (AIR 3). These names are now being celebrated across the country, and their inspiring stories prove that with dedication and courage, dreams do come true.
1. Shakti Dubey – AIR 1
Shakti, a proud daughter of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, cracked the UPSC in her very first attempt. Coming from a middle-class family, her father is a policeman, and her mother is a homemaker. Shakti studied at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), where she gained the confidence and exposure that shaped her vision. Her journey is a message to all students – hard work, focus, and a fresh perspective can lead to success.
2. Harshita Goyal – AIR 2
Harshita was born in Haryana and raised in Vadodara, Gujarat. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she completed her studies at MS University, Baroda. Despite having a stable career in finance, she chose to enter the civil services to make a difference. With Political Science and International Relations as her optional subjects, Harshita’s success shows the power of passion and bold career choices.
3. Dongre Archit Parag – AIR 3
From Pune, Maharashtra, Archit’s story is one of determination and second chances. An engineering graduate from VIT Vellore, he previously cleared UPSC in 2023 with Rank 153. Not satisfied, he aimed higher in 2024 and succeeded. With Philosophy as his optional subject, Archit proved that clarity of thought and relentless effort lead to greatness.
